It streamlines ticket management by automatically generating knowledge base articles and summarizing lengthy ticket conversations, reducing manual effort and improving response efficiency. 

Exclusively available for Plus Plan users, AI Actions offers two powerful capabilities: 

🔹 Generate KB Article – Instantly transforms ticket details into a structured knowledge base article, making it easier to document solutions for future reference. 

🔹 Summarize Ticket – Produces a concise summary of ticket conversations, allowing agents to quickly grasp key details without scrolling through lengthy threads. 

With AI Actions, agents can work faster, smarter, and more efficiently, delivering better customer support with minimal effort.

Holiday List Import: Add Holidays Instantly

The Holiday List Import feature streamlines holiday management by allowing users to upload a CSV file with up to 50 holidays per year, eliminating the need for manual entry.

This bulk import functionality saves time and ensures seamless live integration, instantly updating your system without disruptions. To maintain SLA accuracy, the system automatically matches the uploaded holidays to your helpdesk’s date format, preventing any inconsistencies.

Additionally, it helps align business hours with non-working days, ensuring that support operations run smoothly without accidental SLA breaches. With this feature, managing holidays becomes effortless, keeping your team in sync and operations well-coordinated.

  • Most visited articles are prominently displayed for easy access.
