We offer a 21-day free trial for both our STANDARD and PLUS plans. After signing up and creating your Desk365 account, you’ll gain access to the features specific to the plan you choose, for 21 days—no credit card required. When you’re confident that Desk365 is the right fit for your business, you can easily add your credit card details to upgrade to any of the paid plans directly from your trial account.

Once your trial of the paid plan ends and you choose not to upgrade, you’ll automatically be moved to the FREE plan, which offers a limited set of features.

We accept payment via all the major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club. We also accept payments via ACH transfer or wire transfer and work with PO/fulfillment processes for yearly subscriptions.

Yes, you can easily upgrade your subscription instantly. Click on ‘Plan & Billing’ in your Desk365 account to upgrade your subscription anytime. If at any point of time you are not satisfied with our product, you can also cancel your subscription, but your cancellation will come into effect only after the end of your term.
